Commission Terms

Thank you for your interest in commissioning my artwork! Please read these key terms before submitting a commission request. By proceeding with a commission, you agree to the full Terms of Service provided in the commission form.What I Draw
     • I am happy to draw portraits, original characters, fanart, fantasy and sci-fi characters, mild NSFW / suggestive content, non-graphic gore.
     • I do not currently accept extreme NSFW, explicit sexual content, extreme or graphic gore, hateful content.
     • If you are unsure whether your request is something I can draw, feel free to ask!Prices
     • The final price may vary depending on the number of characters and details, complexity, additional elements, commercial usage, and rush requests.
     • A final quote will be provided before any work begins.Turnaround Time
     • My estimated turnaround time is 3–4 weeks.
     • Complex commissions or unexpected circumstances may require additional time. I will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible.
     • If you have a specific deadline, please let me know before commissioning.Payment & Delivery
     • Payment is made through PayPal or Google Pay with a 25% payment before work begins, 25% after sketch approval, and the remaining 50% after the artwork is completed.
     • I will regularly provide WIPs as I work on creating the artwork.
     • The final high-resolution artwork will be delivered after the final payment has been received.
The agreed price covers the work discussed and confirmed at the time of booking. Significant additional requests may incur an additional fee.Revisions
     • Each commission includes 1 free major revision during the sketching stage.
     • Corrections resulting from mistakes on my part will always be corrected free of charge.Cancellations and Refunds
     • Cancellations before work begins are eligible for a full refund.
     • Cancellations after work begins may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the amount of work completed.
     • Once the artwork has been completed and delivered, refunds will not be provided.
     • If I am unable to complete your commission for reasons on my end, you will receive a full refund.Copyright and Usage
     • I retain the copyright and intellectual property rights to the artwork I create.
     • You may not claim the artwork as your own, resell or redistribute the artwork, use the artwork commercially without permission, or sell merchandise featuring the artwork without permission.
     • Standard commissions are for personal, non-commercial use unless commercial rights have been agreed upon before the commission begins, which may incur an additional fee.Artist Rights
     • I retain the right to display completed commissions in my portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes.
     • If you require your commission to remain private or unpublished, please discuss this with me before commissioning.AI Policy
     • My artwork may not be submitted to generative AI systems for training, used to create AI-generated derivatives, or uploaded to AI image-generation platforms for modification or transformation.Communication and Client Conduct
     • Please provide clear descriptions and references when submitting your commission request.
     • Clients are expected to communicate respectfully throughout the commission process.
     • I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission in cases of harassment, abuse, threats, discrimination, or repeated disrespect.Thank you for supporting my art! ♡

Terms of ServiceThank you for your interest in commissioning my artwork! Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before submitting a commission request. By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.1. General Terms
     i. I reserve the right to accept or decline any commission request at my discretion.
     ii. I may refuse a commission if I believe the requested subject is outside my artistic abilities, conflicts with my personal boundaries, or cannot reasonably be completed within my schedule.
     iii. Commission prices may change in the future. Once a commission has been confirmed and payment has been received, the agreed price will not change unless additional work is requested by the client.
     iv. Client responsibilities: You are responsible for providing clear, detailed descriptions of what you want and references (visual, text or both) before work begins. Please provide:
         • Clear visual references (where applicable)
         • Character references
         • Preferred pose or expression
         • Colour preferences
         • Background requirements
         • Any important details that must be included
         • Any other relevant instructions
Written descriptions should be as specific as possible. I am not responsible for mistakes caused by incomplete or inaccurate references.
     v. By submitting a commission request and proceeding with payment, you agree to these Terms of Service.2. What I Will and Will Not Draw
     i. I am happy to draw:
         • Portraits
         • Original Characters
         • Fanart
         • Fantasy and Sci-Fi characters
         • Mild NSFW / suggestive content
         • Non-graphic gore
     ii. I do not currently accept:
         • Extreme NSFW
         • Explicit sexual content
         • Extreme or graphic gore
         • Hateful content
     iii. Please ask first if you believe your idea does not fall into any of these categories.3. Turnaround Time
     i. The estimated turnaround time for commissions is 3–4 weeks, and may vary depending on commission complexity, number of commissions in the queue, revision requests, unexpected circumstances, personal or technical issues.
     ii. Turnaround time begins once the first payment has been received and all required references and information have been provided.
     iii. I will communicate any significant delays at the earliest.
     iv. Please contact me before commissioning if you require the artwork by a specific date.4. Prices
     i. Prices are negotiable depending on type of commission, number of characters, complexity, additional elements, commercial usage requirements, and rush requests.
     ii. The final price will be confirmed before starting any work.
     iii. Complex or highly detailed backgrounds may incur an additional fee depending on the amount of work required.
     iv. Rush commissions may be accepted depending on my availability and may incur an additional fee.5. Payment
     i. Payment must be made through PayPal or Google Pay.
     ii. A 25% deposit is required before the work begins, 25% after the sketch is approved, and the remaining 50% after completion of the artwork.
     iii. Any transaction or payment processing fees are included in the commission price.
     iv. The agreed commission price covers only the work described and confirmed at the time of booking. Additional requests that require significant additional work may result in an additional charge.6. Commission Process
The exact workflow may vary depending on the type and complexity of the commission, but the standard process is:
     i. Commission request: You submit your details and references.
     ii. Review and quote: I review the request and provide a price and estimated turnaround time.
     iii. Confirmation and first payment: You confirm the commission and complete the first payment.
     iv. Sketching stage: I create the initial sketch.
     v. Client approval and second payment: You review the sketch and request any revisions. Once you are satisfied with the sketch, you complete the second payment.
     vi.. Final artwork: Once the sketch is approved, I proceed with rendering and completing the artwork. I will provide WIPs regularly through this process, so you can request minor changes if required.
     vii. Final delivery: The completed artwork is delivered as a high-resolution JPEG/PNG.7. Final Delivery
     i. The final artwork will be delivered as a high-resolution PNG/JPEG after the final payment is complete.
     ii. Transparent background files will be provided if applicable.
     iii. Original working files will be provided on request.
     iv. Completed artwork will be delivered digitally through email or Google Drive.
     v. You are responsible for downloading and safely storing the final files.
     vi. I will retain commission files for approximately 6 months after delivery. I cannot guarantee that files will remain available after this period, so you are encouraged to maintain your own backups.8. Revisions
     i. Each commission includes 1 free major revision during the sketching stage.
     ii. Major revisions may include:
         • Completely changing the pose, facial expression, or composition
         • Changing the character design
         • Changing the outfit
         • Reworking substantial portions of the artwork
     iii. Minor revisions may include:
         • Small changes to facial expressions
         • Minor adjustments to colours
         • Small detail corrections
         • Minor pose adjustments
     iv. Major revisions or changes requested after approval of the initial sketch may incur an additional fee.
     v. Once the final artwork has been completed, only minor corrections resulting from mistakes on my part will be made free of charge. Changes based on a new preference or change of mind may incur an additional fee.9. Cancellations and Refunds
     i. If you cancel before I have started working on the commission, you are eligible for a full refund.
     ii. If you cancel after I have started working on the commission, you are eligible for a partial refund depending on the amount of work already completed. For example:
         • Sketching stage: 15% of the final agreed amount will be refunded to you.
         • Lineart stage: 25% of the final agreed amount will be refunded to you.
         • Rendering stage: 25–50% of the final agreed amount will be refunded to you, based on the amount of work completed.
         • Completed artwork: No refund.
     iv. Once the final artwork has been completed and delivered, refunds will not be provided.
     v. If I am unable to complete a commission for reasons on my end, the client will receive a full refund depending on the circumstances and amount of work completed.10. Copyright and Ownership
     i. I retain the copyright and intellectual property rights to the artwork I create unless otherwise agreed in writing.
     ii. Purchasing a commission does not transfer copyright ownership to the client.
     iii. The client receives permission to use the completed artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless commercial rights have been separately purchased.
     iv. The client may not:
         • Claim the artwork as their own
         • Resell the artwork
         • Redistribute the artwork
         • Use the artwork commercially without permission
         • Sell merchandise featuring the artwork without permission
         • Remove my watermark or signature from public versions
         • Use the artwork to promote themselves as the artist
     v. The client may not significantly modify or alter the artwork without my permission.11. Commercial Use
     i. Commercial usage is not included in standard personal commissions.
     ii. Commercial use includes, but is not limited to ***merchandise, product packaging, advertising, marketing, brand materials, book covers, album covers, promotional materials, monetized commercial products, business or company use.
     iii. Commercial usage must be discussed and agreed upon before the commission begins.
     iv. A separate commercial usage fee may apply depending on the intended use and scope of the project.12. Artist Rights
     i. I retain the right to display completed commissioned artwork in my portfolio, website, social media, and commission examples.
     ii. I may also use the artwork to advertise my commission services.
     iii. If you require the artwork to remain private or unpublished, this must be discussed before the commission begins.13. AI Policy
     i. My artwork may not be submitted to generative AI systems for training, uploaded to AI image-generation platforms for modification or transformation, or used to create AI-generated derivatives.
     ii. AI-generated references may be accepted as references for commissioned artwork if necessary.14. Credit
     i. When sharing commissioned artwork publicly, you are encouraged to credit me as the artist.
     ii. You may not present yourself as the artist or creator of the commissioned artwork.15. Client Unresponsiveness
     i. If a client becomes unresponsive during the commission process, I will attempt to contact them through the provided communication method.
     ii. If no response is received for 14 days, the commission may be placed on hold.
     iii. If the client remains unresponsive for 30 days, the commission may be considered abandoned.16. Delays and Unexpected Circumstances
     i. Unexpected circumstances may occasionally affect commission timelines, including illness, personal emergencies, technical issues, equipment failure, internet or software problems, and other circumstances outside my reasonable control.
     ii. If a significant delay occurs, I will communicate with the client as soon as reasonably possible.17. Communication
     i. All important commission-related communication should take place through email, Discord, or Reddit.
     ii. Clients are expected to communicate respectfully.
     iii. I reserve the right to cancel a commission if a client engages in harassment, abusive behaviour, threats, discrimination, repeated disrespect, or attempts to violate these Terms of Service.
   iv. Any refund in such circumstances will be handled according to the cancellation and refund policy.18. Agreement
     i. By submitting a commission request, confirming a commission, or making payment, you confirm that:
         • You have read and understood these Terms of Service.
         • You agree to follow these Terms of Service.
         • You understand the payment, revision, refund, copyright, and usage policies outlined above.
         • You will provide accurate information and appropriate references.
        • You understand that changes to the commission after approval may result in additional charges.
     ii. These Terms of Service may be updated in the future. The version applicable at the time your commission is confirmed will apply to that commission.Thank you for supporting my art! ♡
